After a couple consultations with different orthodontists, I felt most confident with Dr Tottori as he was very detailed in explaining the product and the process. He called me personally to follow up and that really made me feel like a person, not just a number. Candice was also very relatable and detailed in the cost breakdown. Excellent customer service.
